跟Star Chef學傳統意菜:Lesson 9

Panna Cotta

本來最尾一堂先整嘅dessert,chef改早一堂,等下堂做一個full course,sound nice:)


做左4個dessert,個Panna Cotta係咪好靚呢,chef輕輕一畫就做出咁靚嘅decoration喇~decoration真係好緊要,即刻提昇品味!

啲啤梨刮晒籽,將會做classic dessert, Poached pears Sabayon


啤梨用白酒煮到淋晒,切到薄薄的,然後再輕輕spread開,就變成這樣子了~

另一個甜品,用左好多nuts同果乾,


仲有紅棗

(唔......呢款甜品,見到啲材料,我就知我麻麻哋~)



煮好一‘pat’,然後拿去焗


仲要灑啲糖霜


其實好有christmas feel㗎~~~
