南乳炆橫財豬手(內含Le Crueset&Staub比較)

人日,親友團拜,準備晚餐,整左7個餸加埋滷水鵝同鹽焗雞,7點鐘進入直路,超級緊張,兩個爐一齊整,突然聞到dd燶味,即刻熄火睇下個心血豬手,「痴」左呀!(哈哈,好似我咁!)即刻換個煲,再煮,又有燶味?!幾經檢查,原來個煲底黐左啲嘢燶左!嘩,真係嚇死我,我嘅豬手係主菜,如果燶左,成個餸就咁燒焦!真係好彩,最終安全靚靚出菜!

富貴黃金蝦哈哈XDDDD


作為一個煮婦,(but i am not ONLY a housewife,明啦~哈哈!)新年,真係一個好繁忙嘅節日,買花都要買幾日,又要搵啲花盤襯~仲有,成屋嘢要執要洗,機都開左十幾勻,仲有仲有,啲「擲」年嘢,好彩有媽咪同奶奶:)雖然我都係一個年輕少婦,但係過年都鍾意有啲氣氛㗎,所以我都會做啲‘leung’嘢,哈!又係時候諗下煮咩新年餸。。。
