香濃抺茶 Traditional Matcha
好多人都鍾意抹茶做甜品、點心,唔知又會唔會得閒喺屋企整返杯抹茶呢?我最鍾意就係香濃嘅抹茶,口感夠creamy,入口順滑!其實,喺屋企嘆一杯好嘅抹茶,好簡單,不過都有些少技巧,你需要嘅係:

茄子天婦羅 Tempura Eggplant
炸嘢食我鍾意脆薄嘅麵衣,越輕越薄就越好,今次我用1杯粉:1杯水嘅份量都唔錯,大家記得做嘅時候
盛蛋漿的碗、打蛋器要先冰鎮,仲要用凍水,咁樣先會脆㗎~!
炸呢種天婦羅,炸一次嘅效果都好好,我驚返炸個漿太硬,所以無。食嗰時點八方汁,已經非常好味喇,再加啲鰹魚片,食嗰時郁郁下,幾有動感,哈!

冬瓜去濕湯
濕焗天氣,體內濕氣困住,導致四肢困倦又水腫,所以一定要去一去濕!煲冬瓜湯,可以煲甜或者鹹,我今晚選擇左鹹。去藥房買左包去濕料煲湯,加埋冬瓜,利水消暑去濕:D

香蒜滷肉飯
心血來潮做滷肉,以前的確是覺得幾麻煩的,因為燜焗至少2個半鐘,先做到軟腍嘅腩肉,但係高速煲真係超級方便,25mins就令我可以做到入味嘅腩肉,所以我呢日想做就做,哈!今次嘅滷肉飯滷肉juicy,仲有不可不提炸蒜,令整個菜式更加香口!韮蔥雖然唔係人人愛,但係我都推介大家加埋腩肉一齊食,唔錯㗎!老公食完話似泰式豬手飯嗰啲豬手,哈哈,咁大家大概可以諗到個口感同味道係點~!:D

榴蓮布甸
榴蓮飄香,街市見到$20 一份,金枕頭,之前有個阿蟬開左1隻嫌棄,阿叔唯有pack好快賣,個樣係面頭唔夠乾身,但係聞落好香(定好臭?哈哈!),整甜品真係正又抵!其實之前已經心思思想整,咁啱見到大少奶都有整,咁我直接用佢個食譜,唔駛諗,哈哈:D

簡單版韓式冷麵
天氣太熱嘅時候,實在令人無乜食慾,自不然呢個時候諗起:冷麵!懶到連麵都唔想烚都得㗎,街市豆腐檔有得買,返屋企用熟水沖下,再放雪櫃一陣就得,又開胃又飽肚,製作簡單!自已鍾意加咩餸都得,我呢日就求求其其,食飽就算,哈哈!
