跟Star Chef學傳統意菜:Lesson 4


呢堂,一睇content,見到學我妹妹最唔鍾意食嘅gnocchi糰子,但係,又有我鍾意嘅risotto,哈哈~anyway,我都會俾心機學嘅!


今堂已經無得搓pasta dough,但係就整呢個平時喺出面極少食嘅東西,其實未學之前我都唔知有呢樣東東,我yahoo dictionary查polenta:以玉米或大麥或栗粉等煮的粥
以為係類似比risotto稀的嘢。。。

呢包就係polenta,原來我哋呢堂整嘅係polenta cake

呢包係carnaroli,唔學唔知,原來risotto都有分carnaroli同arborio,而carnaroli 係比arborio優質


生米煮成熟飯當中


呢堂做嘅係用南瓜同蕃紅花做嘅risotto,非常有興趣,just al dente,出街未必食到:>


呢個就係potato gnocchi,但我就麻麻哋鍾意食,我會揀mashed potato多啲,哈哈!

Potato Gnocchi with sauteed spinach and cream

Polenta Gnocchi with tomato sauce and ricotta

Pumpkin & saffron Risotto

完成意菜,旁邊有甜品班整左嘅出奇蛋,lovely :>
