跟Star Chef學傳統意菜:Lesson 2

今堂學包雲吞!
其實自己都未包過雲吞呀、餃子之類嘅嘢,因為唔太好,多數出街叫的都麻麻地,唔係皮唔好,就係個涵唔好食,好怕好多肥豬肉><不過今次學包意大利雲吞,又確實幾多花款,幾得意!同埋就算包ham&cheese 都好好味!XP

呢盤就係大家做出來的tortellini喇!是包住prosciutto & parmeson cheese的!

今堂學嘅菜式:

Chicken liver ravioli in roasted peppers sauce

Spinach & Gorgonzola pansoti in chetty tomato sauce

其實仲有一道:Prosciutto & Parmesan tortellini in sage butter,不過掛住食嘅時候,就忘記左幫佢拍照:P


上cooking class真係幾開心,呢日隔離pastry class有啲作品完成左仲留左俾我哋添,呵呵~~




唔止咁,今堂用到嘅紅酒,我哋都唔客氣咁享用埋添XD


雖然堂堂都overrun,但真係唔mind噃,哈哈X)
