跟Star Chef學傳統意菜:Lesson 3


呢堂學整嘅係最經常食到嘅bolognese肉醬﹠bechamel 白汁sauce,呢兩個汁,未嚟學之前都會整下,但係都唔會整到好似餐廳咁嘅味道,上網睇到做白汁會用到麵粉,好似唔係好imagine到個效果,結果都係會用返現成嘅白汁,嘻~但係,而家學識喇,原來唔難的,yeah!


3堂都自己搓pasta,


都係用呢部pasta machine㗎~


成盤茄子都要加oil去焗,係for Lasagna千層麵嘅!

嗱~做白汁喇,麵粉、牛油、奶,that's it!


睇下,整得好濃稠的呢~

貌似腸粉Cannelloni,出街都好少食呢種~


千層麵,一層又一層


茄子、肉醬、白汁......


又茄子、又肉醬、又白汁…


成盤焗好喇!兩啖就夠,真係!兩啖都好夠飽了~

Lasagna

仲有 Mushroom&Pumpkin Cannelloni(無影到相:P)
