老公期待以久嘅辣味雞翼



成日問老公想食乜,佢都話:辣味雞翼(pizza hut嗰隻)。一係就話:好食到爆核嘅芝士粟米釀雞翼(呢個係佢睇forum啲人激讚的recipe)。點解我仲唔整?
嗰個好食到爆核嘅雞翼因為要拆骨,要好有mood嗰日先可以整;而辣味雞翼,聽落都簡單好多,但係我就係要搵一隻辣粉,我深知要有呢隻辣粉先做到我想要嘅效果。今日同老公行街市,佢又話要食,我就好努力咁搵辣粉,惠康、華潤、搵到去一間專賣泰國嘢嘅grocery store,佢哋都無我想搵嘅辣粉,老闆拎起佢地有嘅一款,我覺得唔似,但老公喺我身邊話:試下啦。試下啦。唉,俾佢激死,是旦啦,就試下啦。


就係呢一隻辣粉



~Recipe~

材料 Ingredients:

雞翼 10隻


醃料:

雞粉
麻油
米酒
辣粉
tabasco


做法 Directions:

  1. 雞翼洗淨用雞粉、鹽、米酒、辣粉、tabasco、糖﹠麻油醃約2小時
  2. 預熱焗爐。用200度焗10mins﹠翻面焗7mins至金黃,完成。

煮後感:

味道都似pizza hut嘅辣味雞翼,但我焗得比pizza hut乾身,我諗想似啲可以試下焗小1min;同埋我校辣左少少,不過我就鍾意囉,老公就話好辣囉,哈!如果下次我搵到我想要嘅辣粉,我再同大家share啦;D
