白酒忌廉藍青口
~Recipe~
材料 Ingredients:
藍青口 20隻
牛油
淡忌廉
白酒
香草
做法 Directions:
燒熱牛油、橄欖油及爆香蒜頭
加入藍青口及白酒,蓋鍋蓋後用中火煮至青口開口
加入淡忌廉拌勻
加入少量鹽調味
最後熄火加香草,上碟完成。
