西蘭花薯蓉湯 Broccoli n Potatoes Cream Soup


感覺健康的湯品,而且非常簡單,這次我做了較清淡做法。




RECIPE
(serve 2-4persons)

材料:

西蘭花 1個
薯仔 1個
雞湯 約150ml
淡忌廉 約200ml
鹽&胡椒 適量
橄欖油 適量
百里香 1小束


做法:

(較清淡做法)
  1. 西蘭花洗淨、薯仔去皮,切成小件,用水焯熟,瀝乾,待涼後放入攪拌機加雞湯打蓉
  2. 回鍋後加忌廉及百里香煮熱,加上鹽及胡椒調味,加上橄欖油做尾油,完成。


(較濃郁做法)
  1. 鍋子煮溶牛油,加入西蘭花及薯仔略煮後加入雞湯煮至軟身,放涼後用攪拌機拌成湯
  2. 回鍋後加入忌廉、百里香及grated parmasen cheese,煮溶後用鹽及胡椒調味,加橄欖油,完成。

  1. Hi Mavis, can i use cucumber to replace broccoli in this soup?

  2. Hi GN, sure! try it out! juz be aware of the cucumber contains more water than broccoli and u may have to adjust a bit the liquid volume, and I'd suggest u add a dash of mint to make it fresher. To make it thicker, u can also blend with avocado. ;)
