金銀蛋莧菜
出街食叫菜,都幾鍾意叫呢個!
~Recipe~
材料 Ingredients:
莧菜 約12両
鹹蛋 2隻
皮蛋 1隻
薑 數片
蒜頭 數粒
酒 酌量
雞湯 250ml
做法 Directions:
鹹蛋先蒸熟約10mins,切粒,皮蛋切粒
下油中火爆香薑、蒜頭,下莧菜,兜勻,下酒
下鹹蛋、皮蛋,加雞湯,下少許糖後上蓋至聞到香味,約2﹣3mins,完成。
