脆蟹片伴牛仔粒
牛仔粒買靚啲,已經可以唔駛醃,都好有牛味。家中又買了蟹片,脆口零食,又與這味牛仔粒同炸蒜好夾!
~Recipe~
材料 Ingredients:
牛仔粒
蒜頭
蟹片零食
黑胡椒
做法 Directions:
蒜切片,中小火半煎炸至香脆,瀝起備用
油有蒜香,直接下牛仔粒,下黑胡椒,煎至四邊轉色,熄火,用餘溫讓裡面變熟,完成。
煮後感:
牛仔粒6個面,要每邊煎晒又同時唔想佢過熟係最難嘅一環,快手係好重要!
