學肥媽整個薯絲餅,加埋香口嘅洋蔥同芝士,點埋茄汁,細路一定buy~哈!

跟Star Chef學傳統意菜:Lesson1

尋日去到西廚學院,開始左第一堂traditional italian cookery lesson。Star Chef,Michael Erlik,喺香港有間private dining,佢教我哋傳統嘅 basic italian cuisine,我好有興趣學傳統cuisine,唔同一般做法,美味程度自然唔同,仲有一樣嘢,就係可以識睇意大利餐廳嘅menu,哈X)

未入課室前見到隔離課室考緊試,個chef都係外國人,語氣頗嚴厲,氣氛好professional。著好制服,到我哋上堂喇!

越式米紙炸春卷



第一次整米紙卷,原來米紙浸軟成塊面膜咁,好得意㗎!得意還得意,處理真係要勁溫柔至得,要將佢好好放平之餘,稍稍用錯力就會穿㗎喇...其實多數都做蒸,但係我今日想食脆口,

奶奶買左陽江豆豉俾我,聽聞嗰度好出名刀同埋豆豉,打開真係好香~
太子肉塊塊都連住啲肥肥,肉質爽口不「un」,同啲醬兜幾兜就夠香喇!

蕎麥冷麵


蕎麥冷麵爽口,昆布乾其實喺citysuper就有得賣,現成一包8件,用嚟配襯都好靚好方便。同埋昆布亦係好有益嘅海藻食物:)

牛仔粒買靚啲,已經可以唔駛醃,都好有牛味。家中又買了蟹片,脆口零食,又與這味牛仔粒同炸蒜好夾!
