蕃茄薄荷雪芭 Tomato & Mint Sorbet
RECIPE
(serve 3)
材料:
蕃茄 3-4個
白油醋或檸檬汁 1tsp
鹽 少許
薄荷葉 適量
做法:
煮一鍋滾水,放入蕃茄約10秒,取出去皮去籽,加入白油醋或檸檬汁用手提電動攪拌器拌勻,加入少許鹽及切碎薄荷葉,放入冰格雪約2 小時較硬身後,用手提電動攪拌器或匙羹攪爛,再放冰格備用,吃時伴上薄荷葉即成。
