朱古力慕絲 Chocolate Mousse
RECIPE
( serve 8cups )
材料:
朱古力 (72度cocoa)150g
牛油 25g
蛋(蛋黃及蛋白分開) 4pcs
忌廉 80ml
糖 100g
雲呢拿油 1tsp
做法:
朱古力加牛油隔水座熱
蛋黃加糖打至淡黃,拌入朱古力糊裡
忌廉打至6成,拌入朱古力糊裡
蛋白打起,其間分段加入砂糖,不用打至太硬,輕手拌入朱古力糊中
將朱古力混合物放入小杯中,灑上可可粉,完成。
