香煎和牛粒
~Recipe~
( serve 2-4 persons )
材料 Ingredients:
和牛粒
黑胡椒
芥茉醬
做法 Directions:
中火放入和牛粒,轉小火煎2面至微熟,加入黑胡椒,用餘溫將其他面煎熟,伴上芥茉醬,完成。
煮後感:
牛仔粒好易煎過頭變靭,因為平面小,又多,時間要把握得好快,但用呢個方法就好易煎到軟軟同透紅嘅牛喇:)
