「日食三棗,容顏不老」
民間有云:「一日吃三棗,終身不顯老」,更有話「五穀加紅棗,勝似靈芝草」。所以,紅棗加麥皮做早餐,既簡單,亦補益。
紅棗安神助眠,補血養顏,養肝排毒,多吃更有減淡色斑功效。
唔好以為呢啲係女人食物,其實現代醫生都証實棗維他命C含量為百果之首,每100g含量比蘋果高70-80倍,除此,更對防癌和高血壓、高血脂都有一定作用。
做法:
紅棗熱水泡浸後連水加進麥皮一起享用。可預先晚用燜燒杯焗。

牛腩羅宋湯 Beef Brisket Borsch
我最喜歡嘅羅宋湯呢,要夠酸味,仲要飲落辣辣地,唔係話好辣嗰種,少少就夠,唔好太濃太杰,街嗰啲茄膏味太重,同埋我鍾意用椰菜,喜歡的話大家又可以加芹菜、紅腰豆,好簡單!牛腩超腍,一個羅宋湯,有肉有菜有湯,醒唔起買法飽,點埋湯無得彈!:D

《嚴浩秘方》通血管降血壓蒜蓉汁
呢個汁真係要同大家share,我諗好多注重健康食療嘅朋友都聽過,甚至做過,但係有一日我daddy都同我講要飲,因為有朋友親身試過,本身由醫生話要通波仔,跟住嗰個月日日飲呢個食療,再去做body check嘅時候,醫生同佢講唔駛通波仔喇!呢個食療真係幫到手!所以我都整左俾我嘅家人!唔好話老嘅,我哋呢啲年紀嘅,都可以飲返一頭半個月,皆因而家成日都大魚大肉,又無乜時間做運動,花少少時間整定一大支,每日三匙,開和暖水飲,早午晚飲,希望大家都健健康康。
