今次聖誕做一個簡單版法國menu,本身設計嘅menu去到尾都改左不少,carbonara fettuccini 由主菜變成頭盤、本來想做白露荀濃湯,但因為買唔到而改做粟米濃湯、見到新鮮熱情果而將他他加入火龍果再做熱情果醬。大家都食得好滿意,Merry Christmas!!!

Tartare avocado. dragon fruits & crab meat, sauce aux passion fruits 牛油果蟹肉他他左熱情果醬
Soupe froide beetroot mousse 紅菜頭慕絲凍湯
Truffles fettuccini Carbonara 卡邦尼松露意粉
Potage
Creme de Mais 鵝油粟米忌廉濃湯
Viardes
Confit de carnard, sauce aux figues 油封鴨腿伴小扁豆佐蕪花果醬
Dessert
Ice-cream with Strawberries Confiture 鮮士多啤梨果醬伴雪糕
最後以peppermint tea作結:)
