杞子桂圓北芪黨參茶
《養生茶選》杞子明目;桂圓安神;北芪補氣;黨參養血。材料易出味,就咁泡浸就得。

材料 Ingredients:
杞子 適量
桂圓 適量
北芪 1塊
黨參 2條
做法Directions:
用滾水將全部材料泡浸5-10mins,即可享用。
