粟米甘荀馬蹄湯
夏天嚟喇,今日熱到瓜,飲下呢個啦,清甜降火:)
~Recipe~
材料 Ingredients:
粟米 3條
馬碲 10粒
紅甘荀 1隻
豬 月展 1份
百合 酌量
蜜棗 3粒
薑 3﹣4片
做法 Directions:
粟米切件,留鬚備用;紅甘荀去皮切件;馬蹄去皮
7﹣8碗水加薑煲滾後,放進所有材料,大火滾15mins,轉細火煲1hr45mins,熄火加鹽調味,完成。
