腐碌蛋
寫左2個kimchi post,整返個甜湯先啦,哈哈!這是一個非常方便好食的家常甜湯,間唔中就會想食下。其實加埋薏米仲好,不過今次無;P
~Recipe~
材料 Ingredients:
腐竹 1包
白果 1包(已去殼)
蛋 2隻 (for 蛋花)
冰糖 約8粒
做法 Directions:
煲滾水後加腐竹、白果煮約20mins,然後加冰糖調校甜度,(如想烚蛋可在這時候烚,煮約10mins,剝殼放回),最後加蛋花,完成。
