泰式菠蘿炒飯
炒飯。最緊要隔夜。隔夜嘅飯硬身易炒到粒粒分開。
今日嘅泰式菠蘿炒飯,無好多材料,只係喺雪櫃見到乜用乜,同埋加埋「中」碎嘅花生同泰式「貓屎」(或用豬肉鬆其實更似,不過屋企無),撈埋一齊,
搞掂:D

材料 Ingredients:
冷飯
蛋 2隻
臘腸 3條
菠蘿 1罐
花生
豬肉條
做法 Directions:
蒸熟臘腸切粒,
下油爆香臘腸,下冷飯,
下生抽,魚露,少許糖,少許紹酒,
下蛋,炒至金黃,加菠蘿兜匀,完成。
