Poached Pear Sabayon
RECIPE
材料:
澳洲啤梨 1pc
白酒 500ml
雲呢拿 1/2枝
糖 30g
Sabayon
蛋黃 2個
糖 20g
Marsala Wine 25ml
做法:
啤梨去皮切半,去籽備用
小鍋放入白酒、雲呢拿條及糖,煮滾後放入啤梨小火煮15mins,待涼
隔水將蛋黃、糖及Marsala Wine用電動攪拌器打至絲帶狀
取出啤梨切片後加上Sabayon及水果享用,完成。
