栗蓉西米布甸 Chestnut Puree Sago Custard Pudding
布甸參考基絲汀食普,挺方便又不太甜的,我喜歡用中粒西米,比小西米更有口感,只是煮的時間要多一點,用眼觀察都不難的:)再加自己喜愛的栗子蓉,是很適合冬天的一道甜品呢!

最近發現city's super有法國活青口,新鮮在法國真空處理來港,肉質飽滿,味道鮮甜,非常值得買呢!每一個青口都包著啖啖蕃茄味意大利飯,青口的鮮甜又與意大利飯融合,美味!:D
