過左好耐,又去埋旅行,終於捨得寫返呢個post喇,哈!
最後一堂,chef同我哋示範做個full course,主菜係 Beef,用左tenderloin,非常正!
唔好以為買左返嚟煎左佢就得,有啲事前功夫一定要知,就例如要切走佢啲fats,仲有塊silver skin一定要拎走!
今次做嘅雲吞好靚,好似haagaendezs 個strawberry ice-cream,有果肉嗰隻!

Chef同我哋講佢嚟緊會開間culinary school, 我寫呢個post嘅時候,都應該開左喇,或者再有機會跟佢學嘢啦!:)
*總結*
10堂裡面,學左整fresh pasta、12個pasta、2個risotto、3soup、2seafood、4appetizers、2salad、3meat、pizza、foccacia,同埋5個desserts!
而家可以話識左啲基本嘢,唔駛淨係識去超市買汁整pasta,同埋可以睇意大利餐廳嘅menu喇(雖然都唔係100﹪),哈哈!;D
