春の大根青豆茶碗蒸し
近日開始潮濕,整個春天感嘅食譜先~
呢個茶碗蒸蛋嘅材料,其實係前一晚用剩嘅蘿蔔,同埋荷蘭豆做嘅,老公又係都唔肯食原條嘅荷蘭豆(其實拆左嘅豆佢都麻麻......但係,又鍾意飲青豆湯㗎囉,哼~吹脹!),結果我拆左啲豆出嚟做蒸蛋。呢個蛋味道清清地,做法又簡單,其實蒸蛋可以配好多材料都得,我諗整俾小朋友食一定好開心,呢個蘿蔔青豆蒸蛋,加埋蝦米,紅紅綠綠顏色又靚,配襯粉紅櫻花碗仲好有春天feel添!

清香桂花酒釀丸子
天氣寒冷,飯後一碗甜湯,好暖好滋潤!桂花嘅清香,的確令人食完好飽嘅晚飯都可以喝上一碗。

牛肝菌飯 Porcini Japanese Rice
呢個牛肝菌,係要多謝我妹妹,係佢聖誕節某品牌PR送嘅某間著名酒店用嘅牛肝菌,噚日終於拎出嚟用,做左呢個香濃味美嘅牛肝菌飯。我用秋田米,好香菌味,飯夠飽滿,煙韌彈牙!

好友BB會!玫瑰露豉油春雞
新年正月仲未過,聚會排住隊嚟,呢日去完一好友家拜年後,又返到屋企,迎接BB!本諗無諗住煮,因為實在忙足成個新年,太累,但諗到朋友嚟,又想整下住家飯俾大家食,所以都係整了!結果,好busy的一天,但朋友帶晒小朋友嚟好熱閙,busy得好高興呢!

這個是很簡單有益的一個湯品,淮山益氣養陰,補脾肺腎,能促進免疫力,提振倦感氣虛;茨實補中益氣,健脾益胃;猴頭菇高蛋白、低脂肪、富含礦物質和維生素,還含有人體所必需的多種氨基酸,又可預防腦細胞衰老,營養價值很高。我自己下很多薑絲,因為天氣寒冷,加入一點驅驅寒!

西班牙海鮮飯 Seafood Paella with Sherry, Saffron & sundried tomatoes
Paella,即大鑊飯,traditional嘅Paella 會有蝸牛、兔肉、雞肉、時令蔬菜,後來才加有海鮮,shellfish,不過加有海鮮嘅Paella 豐富好多,而且海鮮嘅鮮甜令到米飯更加美味!煮呢個飯,最重要係Sherry wine雪梨酒,同埋Saffron 蕃紅花,令到米飯嘅美味昇級。如果時間許可嘅話,可以用海蝦煮高湯,代替現成雞湯,味道香濃點,不過用雞湯亦可,我感覺味道清一點。我很晚才到街市,最後只買到新鮮魷魚,唉......所以蝦及蛤蜊肉都是frozen,少左呢兩種海鮮嘅鮮味,真係......唔夠perfect囉,不過都好味嘅,哈哈,係人都知最好梗係用新鮮啦,不過買唔到都無計:(

熱辣辣嘅出爐蛋撻!
今日好朋友帶bb嚟拜年,本來無預備小吃,但係屋企有啲撻皮麵糰,咁不如整嚟開心share啦!好彩朋友喜歡,bb又喜歡啫!哈哈~!我鍾意鬆脆牛油皮,多過反式脂肪超勁嘅酥皮,之不過......我都鍾意整用酥皮做嘅餅,哈哈!因為我係鍾意整,多過鍾意食嘅人~XD
呢個撻蛋味香濃,又夠香滑,撻皮也很滿意,可惜我唔記得左影低佢,下次吧!
