味噌三文魚頭煲
冬天寒冷,就會諗起煲。今日晚餐我就整左個三文魚頭煲,係用日式生蔥味噌(ねぎみそ)醬做湯,效果很好,加埋啲黃芽白,非常之快就有得食,哈!我諗呢個湯底仲可以用嚟整拉麵添~;)
用鹽同胡椒粉醃下舊魚頭
輕輕煎下佢。。。。
煎香左就撞啲滾水落去,就會變成傳說中嘅奶白色,哈哈~
再用味噌溝個汁落去一齊煮(購自citysuper)
最後加埋自選嘅菜,(下次我仲想加埋豆腐~)唔駛20分鐘就有得食!呵呵~
是晚靚湯:椰子煲烏雞
