北京風味:蒜泥白肉﹠雞絲粉皮

呵呵呵~好開心呀,今晚整左呢個北京風味嘅晚餐!噚日去左中環,順路去買左兩盒王府嘅餃子,因為自以前中環返工時已深深愛上呢一家餃子。佢係北京人開的店,老闆娘是北京腔的,很有地道的感覺;佢啲餃子望落不是皮薄的那種,但口感非常軟滑,肉菜的比例也很好,吃落沒有豬肉肥膏的味道,反而充滿著菜的新鮮甜味,很juicy;加埋陳醋一齊食,真係覺得好滿足。話說回來,買左兩盒餃子(最愛津菜餃,推介:D),就諗下今日配咩餸好,結果就諗到整蒜泥白肉,同埋雞絲粉皮喇!


味噌三文魚頭煲

冬天寒冷,就會諗起煲。今日晚餐我就整左個三文魚頭煲,係用日式生蔥味噌(ねぎみそ)醬做湯,效果很好,加埋啲黃芽白,非常之快就有得食,哈!我諗呢個湯底仲可以用嚟整拉麵添~;)

我嘅食大閘蟹年資:1年

我上年至開始識得欣賞呢種時令食品,因為娘家係唔好呢啲嘢,而奶奶每年都一大箱咁攞落嚟,真係唔食唔得啦=)上年我食左8隻,食到面同身都生左濕疹(我係未生過架),哈,今年至知原來可以飲薑茶,或者用紫蘇一齊蒸,OK~

記得上年新入伙時,屋企幸得個雪櫃同蒸爐,碟都無,好似求其有把鉸剪,奶奶又拎左十幾隻上嚟,好彩蒸爐附有蒸架,我哋嘅第一餐入伙宴應該就係食大閘蟹了,而我都係由嗰時先開始覺得鍾意呢個美食,諗起幾有趣!

昨晚和肥仔拎住日航送俾我哋慶祝週年紀念嘅voucher,去左Les Celebrities 食左個半自助晚餐。地方不大,沒有靚景,但夠寧靜。

自助頭盤,款式唔係太多,但款款都幾好食,都幾好呀~

天氣轉煲蘋果川貝鱷魚肉



本來煲雪梨乾,最後煲左呢個~蘋果川貝鱷魚肉


中醫話鱷魚肉對身體好好,咁我加埋川貝湯包一齊煲,鱷魚肉大昌就買到喇,用薑䓤出水加埋啲豬骨一齊煲,滾完20mins聞到啲川貝甘甘地,我再加埋2個蘋果,好潤呢^.^

得閒煮返幾味之咕嚕生炒骨

雖然我嘅入廚年資不多,但係完成一個餸嘅心情係好滿足的,唔單只要好食,仲要好靚至得,哈!

第二次整咕嚕⻣,上次豬肉佬哥哥斬得太細,今次就剛剛好喇。其實本來今次諗住試下自已較個汁架,但係上次買落嘅汁仲有一半,就用埋佢啦:淘大咕嚕汁,方便快捷,味道都ok,同喺街食嘅味道一樣~

叉燒醬炒豬頸肉

星期六真係無好節目,無線播保良局籌款,痴線架咩,成日都搵返啲四大天皇天后重播,成個節目駛乜搞啫!可惜而家又無啲似樣啲嘅‘卡屎’睇下....真係睇fashion show好過......哈!

今日興致到,本來諗住整焗豬頸肉,BBQ味,但係豬肉佬哥哥幫我切到細細件咁,焗又好似唔係好啱喎......結果,就轉左用叉燒醬炒喇。又簡單,味道都好好喎,滿意~
